We are a Norwegian recruitment and consultancy company, innovative and with global ambitions. We are recruitment engineers specialized within our core markets.

Since our establishment in 2012 we have set a clear focus on delivering recruitment and contract services within a selection of industries. Working consistently within the tech-environment has enabled us to become a specialist recruitment and consultancy company. First Engineers deliver engineers, specialists, management and administrative personnel in our core markets. Our markets are global and we offer our services both domestically and internationally.

We are a collaborative and we believe that the best ideas come from the exchange and sharing of ideas between individuals and teams. We are oriented towards winning. We want and need people who has “that” competitive edge, that want to challenge the status quo and go the extra mile to achieve great things.

At First Engineers we encourage our team members to act as founders. Team members need to have a founder-approach to KPI´s, decision-making, strategy, attitude, behavior and execution.

We therefore swear to the ROWE methodology. ROWE means: Results Only Work Environment.
In a ROWE, we measure team members by their performance, results or output, not by their presence in the office or the hours that they work. We give them complete autonomy over their projects, and allow them the freedom to choose when and how they will meet their goals.

Working in one is not the same as having “flexible hours”. The time our team members spend on a task is irrelevant; only their results matter. Results are measured in quality, customer satisfaction and billings.

PLAY RULES

  1. We act with transparency, yesterday, today and tomorrow. Regardless of our growth.
  2. We will prioritize a fun and developing community, always.
  3. Autonomy is crucial, and we walk the talk. Just remember to use good judgement and act at that accord.

  9. Work place: We have our offices, and we are happy to see you there every day. However, should you need to work remote or at home, we will look forward seeing you tomorrow.
  10. Integrity: Clients and team comes first. Do the right thing when no one is watching, and use good judgement.
  11. Social, we need you to participate to some degree. We need you to share yourself with your team. We are all different and with different needs, but playing a game of foosball with yourself is only “so” rewarding.
